Hartland’s four bowling teams won 14 of 16 matches over a four consecutive day bowling spree January 27-30, 2017.  The teams went up against Pinckney, South Lyon East and Howell in division play and faced Waterford Mott in a crossover.  Their winning ways have put all four teams at the top of the KLAA West Division.

The Varsity Boys’ team defeated all three division rivals to sit at 8-1 in the division, while a loss to Waterford Mott put their overall record at 10-2.  Senior captain Joe Yarmack threw a 472 series against Howell, and junior Maverik Snider threw a 427 against Pinckney.

The Varsity Girls team swept all four teams, putting them at 8-1 in the division, and 11-1 overall.  Junior captain Michelle Thompson threw a 408 series against Howell and a 404 against both Pinckney and Waterford Mott, and senior captain Abby Salyers threw a 409 against South Lyon East

The JV Boys remain undefeated this season, with a 9-0 division record and a 12-0 record overall.  Junior Nick Glover threw a monster 516 series against Waterford Mott, and sophomore Mark Martin threw a 404 against Howell.
