Hartland’s Mince, Harris seek all-state honors

A season ago, Hartland’s Maddie Mince was 11th in the 100 butterfly and 17th in the 50 freestyle. A year older, the junior is certainly in range to be top eight in both. Mince is seeded 10th in the butterfly, and 15th in the 50 free.
