Hartland Athletics is proud to recognize Parker Sundman of the Hartland Boys Basketball team as a ChoiceOne Athlete of the Week following a milestone week on the court. Parker reached an incredible career achievement by eclipsing 1,000 career points in a statement win over a tough Canton team, ranked #57 in the DZone Top 100. He capped the night with 21 points, leading the Eagles in a high-energy victory. He followed that performance with another 21-point outing against Brighton, ranked #54 in the DZone Top 100, handing the Bulldogs—who were undefeated in league play and had only one loss all season—a key defeat. Those back-to-back wins helped Hartland secure its first double-digit win streak in Livingston County since the 2004–05 season, marking a historic moment for the program. Parker’s consistency, leadership, and scoring ability continue to fuel the Eagles’ success. Congratulations to Parker Sundman on an outstanding achievement and an unforgettable week on the hardwood.
