Hartland stepped onto a big stage and delivered another strong showing against elite competition. At the 2026 Corporal B Invitational, presented by The Winston Collection, the Eagles posted a team score of 303 to finish 4th in a highly competitive field. On a course that demanded precision and composure, Hartland proved once again it can compete with the best. Junior Aidan Oake led the way with an even-par 72, earning a 6th place finish and continuing his standout season. Junior Liam Kastamo followed with a 75, highlighted by an impressive stretch where he played his final seven holes at 2-under, finishing 13th overall. Senior Michael Maurin added a 77, while senior Wyatt Johnson carded a 79 to round out the scoring. In a tournament defined by strong competition and high-level play, Hartland’s ability to stay composed and execute kept them firmly in the mix from start to finish. Beyond the scores, the event highlighted the experience of competing at a premier venue, with appreciation extended to The Winston Collection, Pukka Inc., and Miller Golf Sales for their support, as well as PGA professionals Ian Ziska and Doug Bell, course superintendent Joe VerDuin, and their staffs for preparing a top-tier course. Against a strong field, Hartland once again showed it belongs, continuing to build momentum as the season moves forward.
