Hartland Athletics proudly recognizes Nate Anderer of the Hartland Boys Lacrosse team as this week’s ChoiceOne Athlete of the Week. Anderer turned in two of his strongest performances of the season this past week, anchoring the Eagles in goal during key victories over highly ranked opponents. Against rival Brighton on Wednesday, Nate was dominant in net, shutting out the Bulldogs in the first half and helping lead Hartland to a decisive 12-5 victory that secured the division title. He continued his outstanding play on Saturday against Forest Hills Eastern, once again frustrating opposing shooters and serving as a key piece in the Eagles’ impressive 15-7 win. Nate’s composure, leadership, and ability to make critical saves in big moments have been instrumental to Hartland’s success this season.
