Hartland Athletics wants to extend a warm welcome to Devin Plemmons the next head varsity coach for our boys lacrosse program. Throughout his lacrosse career, Devin has had the privilege of learning from exceptional coaches, teammates, and mentors whose influence shaped his understanding of leadership, accountability, and competitive excellence. These experiences have provided him with a strong foundation in player development, team culture, game strategy, and the importance of building meaningful relationships with student-athletes. His coaching philosophy extends beyond wins and losses. While he is committed to developing a competitive and successful lacrosse program, he also firmly believes that the most important responsibility of a coach is to help young men grow into confident, disciplined, and respectful leaders. He will strive to create an environment that emphasizes hard work, accountability, teamwork, and character, while fostering a genuine passion for the game. As a former Hartland student-athlete, Devin understands the values, traditions, and high standards that define the Hartland community. He looks forward to giving back to the school that helped shape him and contribute to a program that positively impacts its athletes both on and off the field. Please stay tuned for further information about meeting the coach.
