Hartland, MI — Hartland Girls Swim & Dive’s Maddie Moore has been named the ChoiceOne Athlete of the Week for her leadership and versatility. A second-year captain and four-year member of the dive program, Moore has continued to advance her dive list with new skills and higher levels of difficulty. This year, she has also taken on the challenge of competing in swimming events, including the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle relay, and 400 freestyle relay. At Hartland’s dual meet against Holly, Moore set a new personal record in the 50 free with a time of :32.86. Her contributions in both swim and dive have been invaluable to the Eagles’ success.
