Girls Swim & Dive Defeats Howell

Hartland, MI — The Hartland Girls Swim & Dive team earned an impressive 113–73 victory over Howell in Thursday night’s dual meet. The Eagles delivered strong performances across the board, with several swimmers achieving MISCA qualifying times and one longstanding pool record falling in the process. Senior Reegan Kruzel made history by breaking a 12-year-old backstroke pool record, finishing with a time of :59.89. Other standout performances included Evelyn Kozak qualifying in the 200 Freestyle (2:05.25), Sehee Kim in both the 200 Individual Medley (2:21.57) and 100 Freestyle (:57.61), and Kate Gostlin earning her MISCA qualification in Diving. It was a dominant showing for the Eagles, who continue to build momentum as they move deeper into their fall season.
