The Hartland Varsity Hockey Team will host its annual “Military Night” on Friday, November 14, as they take on Plymouth High School at the Hartland Sports Center. This special evening will honor and celebrate the service and sacrifice of active duty and retired military members in the Hartland community and beyond. All military guests are invited to attend and participate in the evening’s events. The team will host a pre-game dinner provided by Hallboy BBQ at 6:15 p.m., followed by a meet-and-greet with the players in the locker room at 7:00 p.m. Guests will then take part in pregame ceremonies beginning at 7:30 p.m., joining the team on the ice for the national anthem. Students in attendance will receive handheld American flags, and the arena will proudly display flags representing each branch of the U.S. military. This event is deeply meaningful to the players, coaches, and community as they come together to show appreciation for those who have served our country.
